A place to grow through movement
Hi, I’m Coach Christina. I founded High Hopes Gymnastics Foundation to give children a welcoming place to move, learn, and discover what they can do. Gymnastics builds strength and skills, but the confidence, perseverance, and friendships children develop matter just as much to me.
My background brings together gymnastics coaching, teaching, and judging. I’ve worked with young learners in elementary classrooms and with athletes at different stages of their gymnastics journey. That experience shapes how I teach: meet each child where they are, celebrate steady progress, and make room for every athlete to belong.
At High Hopes, our motto is “Character over cartwheels.” Whether a child is trying their first class, exploring Tiny Hopes, learning with our homeschool community, or working toward team goals, I want them to feel supported as they grow.
